They have sent repairman out multiple times to fix Thermador wall ovens, the guy that they send just swaps parts out. Has no real clue from what I see as to what he is doing. Has damaged the custom cabinets by slamming the wall oven back into place, then wonders why the part he swapped isn't working. Has trash talked Bosch and Thermador appliances. Still waiting for the other oven part to arrive. He is now trying to fix the dishwasher. These appliances haven't even worked. Why they just want to swapp parts etc... my customer is not happy by any means. This has been going on for almost 2 months.

This was the third party servicer that came out to troubleshoot our Speed McQueen warranty. The technician name was Young. Our machine have not been drying clothes well. He quickly diagnosed that the machine was not the issue and is likely the vent ducts. He was impatient and rude. I asked him to repeat himself too many times because he spoke too quickly and has an accent. When I called him out his treatment towards me, then he started to change his tone and cadence. Before leaving, I asked him to please treat others with kindness and to be more patience whenever explaining to homeowners. Rather than taking my advice, he chose to over explain about other homeowners have mistreated him. However, he acknowledge that I did not, so I do not see the relevance. Overall, glad he knows his stuff.

Had the best experience with Dustin here in Norman, Oklahoma! I missed our appointment for repair initially and he still showed up to my house ready to help. And showed up enthusiastic for the reschedule! Took the time to walk me through what was happening so I could understand too. You can tell he’s a good guy and an awesome employee. I appreciate y’all, and please keep employees like Dustin happy! He sets the standard on how customer service should be! Thank you for fixing my dryer! Y’all are the best!

North Houston. If you have a Frigidaire fridge would not recommend their services. Took them 3 visits over 3 weeks and about 5 hours worth of labor to have zero solution. Then they refused to come back to evaluate why their ‘fix’ didn’t work. The laborer admitted he had never done this type of repair before, so instead of just admitting fault for not doing it correctly, or admitting that he was not qualified to do the job, they just trying to reschedule to come back and ignoring our requests. We were fortunately able to get a new company who took one look at it and realized how many mistakes were made and promptly fixed it.

Ely came to work on washer, he was very timely and communicated well. He ordered a part, it arrived two days later. Ely, once again, communicated with me and arrived on time. He worked quickly and cleaned up the work area, very well. Pleasant experience and friendly service. Highly recommended.
