Not a good experience . Harrison , the sales person was so nice . Once we found out what the financing would cost , we decided to not do it . I received a call from a general manager and I let him know that I would not be paying more for financing than the cost of windows and so I asked for a cash price which was reasonable . On the contract , it did not have much info except for cost and there was not approximate start or finish date . Then I get a call from Jessica . This person has absolutely no customer service skills .She was the absolute rudest person I have encountered in quite some time . Because of her nastiness , I cancelled the whole thing . Awful company. Kid knocks on my door about a small moss problem on my roof thats otherwise good, says he can tell my roof is relatively new but they can provide a quote to.inspect the roof and clean moss. 15 minutes later get a call saying appointment was for full roof replacement only. Sorry no I dont need that cancel the appointment. Get 2 more follow up.calls, last one at 8:30 for same unwanted service. If they knock on your door, ignore them.
