Dacus Heat & Air wins. I got a lot of estimates and talked to a lot of hvac companies. Dalys and Roy's customer service and communication has been very timely. Their work is clean and they worked with me for a solution in restoring a 100 year old house. I'm a tough grader.. good job!

I was having problems with one of my heat pumps, so I made an appointment with Roy so he could send someone out to my house. I didn't have to wait long...the appointment was the next day. Dallas and Mason came and explained what would be necessary to repair the unit, also told me it may keep breaking. I asked Dallas how much would a replacement be. He gave me a quote and I assumed it would change when he went back the office. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was indeed the exact price. Dallas told me it would take a day to get the new unit and again he was true to his word. He and Mason came out and installed everything in about a half day. I had a minor problem that night, but Dallas came the next day and fixed it. I couldn't be happier with them. Super professional, super know

I would love to be able to leave a great review, but with the carelessness of their drivers, I couldn't even give them a chance. 80 in 70 just to prevent me from passing when I was clearly driving faster. Not to mention impeded the left lane all the way thru Lawton. I couldn't have that level of safety at any of my locations. Sad

At your next safety briefing; you might mention something about how important it is to pay attention to road conditions when driving your company car. Maybe throw in a "speed kills" plug. Your driver knows who 'they' are. "Missed me by that much".

I just want to express my gratitude towards Austin at Dacus! Anytime I have had an issue with our AC (last summer and this summer), I would call or text him and he has always been quick to respond to help resolve the issue! He is always respectful, polite, and professional! I defiantly recommend him/them for your Heat and Air needs!
