Go with Dago! I’m beyond happy with my hardwood floors installation from Dago Hardwood! The floors look amazing and completely transformed my home. He was extremely patient in the decision process and helped us find the perfect flooring pattern! Excellent craftsmanship! The process was smooth from start to finish, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them! Quality and Workmanship are Unsurpassed We couldn’t be more thankful that we were referred to Dago Hardwoods after months of indecision. We had visited several other flooring shops in town and the choices were overwhelming and confusing. We had a contractor working with us on upgrades around our home the past two years and when we told him we were having a hard time deciding which way to go on our flooring, he said, “I only use Dago”. We had a situation where we needed to find a product that would stand up to our active young Labradors and would not get scratched and need to be refinished in a short time. Dago Orozco was recommended to us by the previous owner of our house, who he installed the floors for. He just refinished all the floors and the staircase in our house, and did a great job. He helped us figure out what we wanted it to look like and he knew how to achieve it, stopping and sampling the next coat to make sure we liked it. They finished ahead of schedule and were on budget, and the floors are beautiful. The workers were very good and nice. They moved all the furniture and replaced it just as we wanted. Dago himself is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and agreeable. We highly recommend him!

Upon inspecting for himselg the need for manterial Dago sold me a humongous bucket off glue and the carpenter only used 1/3 of it and sold me two units of floor finish but only used one (not even all of it). So, I gave him the 2/3 of unused glue, so he could use it for other projects and returned the second, unsealed floor finish for a refund. After numerous attempts to get that small amount back and many unfulfilled promises I had to come to the understanding that he was never going to reimburse me for the second unit of the floor finish... To bad screwing things up like this, small details say a lot.

Dago is the best! Timely, reliable, honest and efficient. All workers are trained professionals and pleasant to be around. Dago gives excellent design advice. We got a beautiful result!
