Awesome service always!

I used to have pretty good luck with Goodman products. I now have a 2-year-old system that has been a complete lemon a motherboard capacitors and now a blower motor is out Goodman does not have a replacement in stock I have tenants waiting on the repair but no parts are available. this company has become a complete joke. Goodman's quality control has slipped considerably we have moved on to other brands.

While I was waiting at the counter there were two guys standing there at a monitor with one customer. Never acknowledge that I was there. I even wrote this review after I had already stood there for 10 min. Terrible service. Will not return. I recommend for you to go to one of the three other supply houses in the neighborhood.

As an a/c technician, I needed gases to make some repairs and Goodman has everything for the business. You must have an account to purchase equipment and supplies here, but they are the one-stop shop for the air conditioning professional.
