In May, buy a 3.5-ton machine. From the first month it began to freeze. The company was changing parts of the machine that did not solve the problem and now that they finally discovered that it was a defective compressor from a new machine, I have to wait 7 days for a spare part. The company, not even, took the trouble to answer my calls, nor to return a response to my complaint. What is clear is that they are beyond the reach of good service and competitiveness. They only sell but cannot stand the subsequent problems. It is a big investment to avoid having spare parts to solve manufacturing defects. In my case, apart from spending heat for a week in the middle of summer, I had to take my money out to solve a more temporary way by buying window air. It is a real company disaster. I do not

Dispatch is very slow in the afternoon. I just see people walking around the warehouse not dispatching orders and not taking care of customers. Unnecessary how long the wait times are. Hopefully this gets taken care of.

I’ve been in the HVAC business for over 20 years, and I have to say, this Goodman location in Tampa has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They kicked me out of the store because it was late, and to make things worse, their emergency service number doesn’t even work. I offered to pay the emergency service fee, but they refused to open up. After all these years of working with them, this was truly disappointing. It feels like there’s some sort of bias involved, especially when I compare it to the excellent service I’ve received at other Goodman locations. I’ve never had this kind of problem anywhere else. Allen our service tech is outstanding. He services our units at the SpringHill Suites Tampa Suncoast Parkway. He truly understands face to face customer service. Always lets us know when he arrives and updates us when he leaves. He gets the job done.
