I had the 1950 floors in my foyer, living room and hallway refinished. There was glued down laminated in foyer that required unexpected work. In one day, the floors were stripped, stained and sealed. Later, at my request, a water based polyurethane was applied. The dust was virtually non-existent. The price quoted did not waiver from the price paid. There was high level of communication throughout. I am very pleased with the results.
Paid $6400 for this mess. He was supposed to show up on 3 different occasions and fix it. Haven't heard from him.
