Fantastic customer service!!! Brooke emailed me right back about my issue and they quickly serviced my gauge. Brian was my service tech and did a fantastic job of not only repairing but upgrading with a newer revision. Quickly repaired and quickly mailed back to me. Here goes…. Poole’s Mill Rods was showing off their latest ‘66 Chevelle build at a local show and I noticed the RTX dash for the 1st time… I already have the HDX kit in my ‘67 and they’re nice but the RTX I seen was truly meant to be for the car… so I went ahead and ordered it. In the past I’ve always consulted with TJ (Tech Dept) on other installs and I was curious if the same control module installed would work so I gave him a call and as always he’s a great help and a great asset to your business. TJ gets 5-Stars! But! This weekend I had a few questions at your booth yesterday at the Triple Crown Rod Show in Nashville…. Bought a high end digital dash and this guy Brian in customer support is very bad. First time i have called and very cavalier. If this is how the company chooses to represent themselves, might be better looking into other options Buyer beware if your not a super tech there will be no customer help.

“Brien“ should be trained on how to speak to customers and be helpful and not laugh at them and maybe go out of your way a little bit to help them find what they’re looking for from your company because this guy is definitely costing you money no help whatsoever and laughs at you under his breath and then says he wasn’t laughing. He was coughing. This guy is a complete joke!
