HOWEVER, they asked what I need done and gave me contact info for a couple of good companies to reach out to. They nailed it with those references and I'm really pleased that they were willing to go the extra mile for a non-customer. This company is loosing their edge. Lost a lot of experience and now order takers. You must know what you are doing as they can make mistakes.
