Avoid at all costs, you have to stand around for 3 or 4 hours to get a door and then wait 6 to 16 hours to get loaded, they only have 3 trucks at a time not sure why but it always takes your entire day. Always understaffed, no product to load even if they had the staff and it's always the driver's fault for showing up to pickup a load, like you've ruined there day. Will not load you early either.

UPDATE…CRETE…This location is closed as Dal-Tile. If your load assignment reads this address, go to 199 Planters Rd Sunnyvale, TX. TRUCK DRIVERS… load assignment states not a live load. It’s 9 times out of 10 a live load. Half the time, you’ll get out within 3 hours, occasionally it’ll be an hour but sometimes you’ll be here all day. There is no working number to this location to call for information. Dispatch is aware, CSR is aware. TRUCK DRIVERS- It’s easier to come in to Peachtree from Military/Scyene and leave via Peachtree to Gross Rd. Slide tandems, chock wheels, disconnect red air line, they’ll bang on the wall when loading is complete. The guys inside are pretty chill.

I arrived 1 hour before my appointment time at 1542. The guy said he would put me in the dock at 1430 and he will start at appointment time. I have been here since then and now it's 2030 and still loading me. I have got to drive 16 hours to deliver to Eau Claire Wisconsin by Friday the 2nd of September. If you come here be ready to waste your day.

We just set up an account with dal tile. The manager Brandon Wall walked us through their ordering process. He went over their product: and warranties. Each order has gone flawless, and we are glad we chose them to work with for all of our tile needs.

Load wasn't ready. Took forever for someone to come check me in. Told me to drp my mt and get under the trl I was picking up, but don't hook up to it. Finally received the bang on the trl to let me know I was finished. Retrieved paperwork, slide tandems and sealed trl. When you approach the building from Military Parkway, right past the bridge, the entrance is on the right. If you miss that entrance, right up the way is a turn in. Take it all the way around the building and check in at dock door #7.
