Dale Yost Construction Co

We purchased our home from Yost a few years back. After the one year warranty, we have spent significant amount of money to repair subpar work done on home from cement breaking down on driveway to endless plumbing issues from leaking toilets to broken faucets.

My husband and I just went into contract today with Dale Yost Construction. George was very helpful & straight to the point & the entire team made our experience a great one. Lindsey was very nice as well. We look forward to being in our new home this summer and will give updated review later. Grateful to work with these local builders.

We purchased a model of Yost Construction- quality is great, location is wonderful and peaceful with a lake view from the back of our home. Love the huge front porch (wished we lived somewhere warmer where we could use the porch all year!). If you're looking for a professional builder that will walk you thru the construction process and make it less "scary" - give Yost Construction a call!

If you're considering Yost as a builder, look no further. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The homes they build are high quality and they're fantastic to deal with. They always respond to our questions and requests quickly. Not only that, it's nice dealing with a local family business as opposed to a big corporate home builder. Highly recommended!

Bob Yost is a great guy, we had a house built by him and are satisfied. His guys were great Lou and John were very professional. They gave us what we wanted and leave us until we were happy.
