Dale’s Air Conditioning & Heating

I have been doing business with Dale's for 15 years and have always received positive experiences. My only complaint on this repair was not being informed that the team would be late. I understand that some jobs take longer than anticipated BUT I rearranged my day to meet their time schedule so I expect to be notified when things are not going according to schedule so I can adjust. I was very pleased with how fast a technician arrived at my home on Saturday after requesting emergancy help. Finally, I am really disappointed in the cost of this new AC Unit. Seems like It is twice the amount I paid 10 years ago. Great job as always. The two technician performing the installation were very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

We have been using Dales for many years. They are consistently excellent. They are responsive, polite, and thorough. To my mind all of the above is to be expected of any reputable contractor. The true test, however, is what they do when something goes wrong. And it is inevitable that if you use a service long enough something will go wrong. Do they take care of it right away or do the try to blame some other cause? I recently had an experience with Dales with something going wrong. It doesn't matter for this review what it was. Suffice it to say that it was a genuine disappointment. I notified the company as soon as I discovered it. The owner was at my house the next day to survey the problem. Excellent people and excellent work from the beginning until the end. I was treated very honestly and very fairly. I like this company because they are willing to explain and present options instead of just trying to sell you things that you may not need. I highly recommend them to my family and friends because I see that they are not only driven by typical contractor quotas or financial goals, they try to help their customers because they know that word of mouth is the best advertising of all. From the office to the guys on the job and the owner, I see a company that respects the customer and has your best interests in the front of their mind.

I’ll start with I had a company come out 7 times to repair my ac. Replaced Blower motor in May and still non stop problems. System went out again so I decided I needed to find another company. I called Dales. They had a tech out same day and found the problem. The blower motor that the other company changed in May. Tech came out on Monday 11/10 to replace the motor. During the install he ran across another problem. They found wiring problems that the other company had supposedly fixed 3 times as well. Fast forward to today 11/11 and my ac is back working. Works better than it has since I bought my house a year ago. I highly recommend this company for any AC needs. Michael and Oscar did an amazing job. I have the annual maintenance plan through Dale’s. They are on time and will call ahead if they run behind. The tech Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and he took his time. He visually showed me and explained to me any issues or potential issues that concerned my unit. Couldn’t recommend more.
