During the buying process we negotiated items be included with the home such as a fencing and circuit for our garage refrigerator etc. Everything seemed above board with this builder (seller) until after the offer was accepted. Problems began when the builder wanted everything handled with a handshake and delayed putting items in writing associated with our purchase! After our offer was accepted- the realtor representing the builder contacted us via our very professional realtor Nicole Bosko of Windermere realtors to amend our deal (after acceptance) asking us to change our offer and placing our earnest money (deposit) to -at risk, so if for any reason such as financing, - that the seller could keep our deposit money-even after if the home did not appraise to value. (This did happen) thank

Beware of any business dealings with Dennis Parker- he was not honorable in his business dealings thus I had to hire an attorney in order to force his honoring our new home warranty. He provided the worst experience I have ever had and would not have purchased this home if w had been given a review to help me
