I am ELATED with Dalmatian Plumbing and with my onsite Professional Plumber, Jim. I called around 8am this morning and received a text round 9:26am confirming my person was in the way. Jim was friendly, courteous and used shoe covers inside my home. He listened tentatively, asked engaging questions to help identify the problem and a plan. I was impressed he took a holistic approach not just about my leak, but details of its impact on the house water system. He confirmed the plan, gave me the cost breakdown, and after approval, initiated the work. He engaged me as needed in the process with updates and patient with my elementary questions. I am so happy with Jim’s work, solving my leaks and organized the chaos of plumbing lines. Thanks to my Plumber Whisper, Jim.

Dalmatian Plumbing did a solid job installing my new gas line. Donald Land handled the work, and he was punctual, careful, and kept me updated as he went. The install was clean and the pricing was fair. I’d definitely use them again for future work.

Our technician (Chris) was professional, prompt, and did a great job. He was very personable and highly skilled. We've used Dalmatian Plumbing once before and each time was a pleasant experience. My service person was Chris Hank. He was very knowledgeable and great personality. Money well spent; I highly recommend this company. Before I finished typing this review he actually came back and took the trash that another company left behind.

Christian was prompt and quickly assessed the situation. He explained to me what the job entailed and the price breakdown. When additional work was needed, he gave me a discount which I appreciated. He was very respectful and patient to answer all my questions. I was very happy with the service. UPDATE (3/6/26) Garbage disposal needed to be replaced and Jason did a great job doing so in a quick and efficient manner. He was also very kind and respectful and answered all my questions.
