Awesome place. Plenty of tile samples to view and take with you and knowledgeable staff to provide advice about your project. I am doing a reno on floors and a kitchen island and Erica helped go over different options and provided a lot of great info. She was able to help me decide on colors and patterns that work with my style and the vibe of my house. Daltile and Erica are my go to sources for any kind of tile or flooring from now on.

We had a fantastic experience working with Daltile on South Lamar on 2 bathrooms remodels. Michelle Lucero there is a superstar; she worked with us to find the perfect look for each of our projects, and went the extra mile getting everything ordered and delivered so that each different material arrived when we needed it. She offered thoughtful ideas and suggestions that really made our bathrooms turn out amazing. On top of it all, we had a problem when our installer “goofed” on a section of floor tile and had to tear that section out. We ended up 2 tiles short to redo that section, and the entire project was stopped. Of course this was the one hard to find tile that had taken a while to receive, but Michelle somehow managed to locate 2 tiles in Mexico and had them sent overnight. It was ou

Setting up a design appointment here was a breeze. They gave us their fullest attention for two hours and even offered snacks. Left with samples, references for installers, and a quote on materials. 10/10 would recomend.

Jacklyn is the WOMAN! This lady is exceptional with customer service. She works in the showroom, She’s always professional, with a sunny disposition, willing to help, willing to research to find what we ask, and very helpful. I don’t have enough words to describe her.
