Joyce was AMAZING in helping us pick out all our tile and grout. She caters to ALL customers and contractors needs. We are appreciative of the time she gave us. She works by appointments so be sure to call and schedule your personal time with her. That goes for contractors and new customers.

I've been waiting on a rep to call me for a week with no success. Daltile black honed quartz is very expensive. Its also very high maintenance and IMPOSSIBLE to clean. We've been in our new house for 2 weeks and this is by far the worst choice we made. I'll NEVER purchase anything made by Daltile again.

Went there once, saw the "must have an appointment" sign as I walked in, so I just quietly looked at the display tiles since I was already there. Once I found some of interest, I sat at an empty table for a minute to look up a QR code they had on a tile I liked. As I was quietly (and I thought quickly) pulling up the tile info., the lady that was there helping a couple (whom I imagine had an appointment for her time) came over and asked if I needed anything. I said, "No, I was just looking one of the tiles up." She then proceeded to curtly advise me that I would need an appointment for her time and that she was booked out x-amount of time. Joyce at Daltile did an incredible job helping me with selections for my new home. She was very detail oriented and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. She works by appointments but when you have an appointment that time frame is yours with no distractions!!! Great selection of tiles and friendly service!
