The young man sitting at the front desk, closest to the door, on the contractor entrance, was obviously inconvenienced that of presence as I walked through the door as a customer. Wouldn't look up from his phone. When I told him what I was there for, he just pointed. Didn't say anything, justed pointed to where I should go. Obviously, he does not want to be there. And I'm not so sure I want to be a customer with a company that employees people that are at this level of rudeness. It's called customer service. Management, the incident took place at approximately 8:30 a.m. on December 12th 2023. The older gentleman that was at the front desk was the exact opposite, as he was curious and helpful.
Beware, this website has not been updated. This showroom was closed during the pandemic and only the contractor office is at this address. There is no showroom. The phone number is local but is redirected to a Dallas showroom. I called to confirm their hours and spoke to a nice young lady, but no one told me I was talking to Dallas. I showed up at this Tontitown address the next morning to discover this information. Wasted an hour of my time in heavy traffic.
Richard and the guys will do anything and everything to help you! Great group of guys and very nice products with very competitive prices!! 5 stars!!
They have a good selection of grout caulk. Found a good match.
