Daltile Stone & Slab Center

Very disappointed with this company! From the moment I picked up this load at their shipper in Muscogee, Oklahoma City, to the final deliveries in Texas, their service has been declining. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to do business with them. This company schedules loads with two deliveries, and even knowing the traffic issues in Houston, their receiving department still makes you wait over an hour just to start unloading a few pallets. I don’t understand their logistics or why they offer “appointment first come, first served” if they take so long to unload such a small amount. Additionally, the man working in the receiving department an African-American gentleman was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there.

Awful customer service or lack thereof. Do not expect to be greeted, acknowledged, or happily assisted when visiting Daltile. The set up is not welcoming. You stand at the service desk with no one present, while the employees sit in the employee area talking amongst each other. If you are looking to get tile samples and need some guidance or assistance, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. The Tile Shop and Floor & Decor are great places to start.

Daltile Houston has beautiful quality products. Their employees are polished professionals, respectful, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. I was highly impressed when I visited in person for an appointment to select a slab for home renovations. From start to end a very positive experience. Well done!!

We just finish this master bathroom renovation with daltile materials, I was impress with each marble tiles and mosaics. Everything fit perfectly, we use it on top of schluter Ditra heat floor, and waterproofing system with 68 inches lineal drain. Flooring express and full remodeling llp. Aproves their Tile quality.

From start to finish I was treated so well and had such a great experience! Tish is so talented and has impeccable taste. And Clarence and the boys made all our orders go through and kept me informed. They all went out of their way to be helpful. Not to mention Daltile has beautiful choices!
