The selection of granite is great, including a large amount of 3 cm thick options. There is also a small play area for kids! The customer service was also excellent. Just attentive enough without overdoing it.

We are so happy to have Shawn help us! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, we got our beautiful stone slabs! Definitely we will come back to Daltile in San Leandro when we need more slabs. Shawn is the best!

So disappointed. As a return customer to this facility that carries such a beautiful selection of natural stone and tile, I was so sad and turned off by the rude and unprofessional staff in both the tile and slab show rooms. I came in knowing what I was looking to purchase including multiple slabs, stone flooring and accent tiles for multiple projects. Instead I left feeling disenchanted by the entire process like it was an inconvenience that I was there prepared to spend thousands and thousands of dollars. One female employee in the slab department even said to my family, “I’m here 6 days a week- unfortunately.” If it’s such an in inconvenience to be employed and collecting a paycheck to sell something people are literally coming to you to purchase, I think Daltile would be wise to put th
