I give only 4 stars because of the relatively high fees for diagnosis and replacement of a shower handle (provided by us) and cartridge (provided by Dalton).

Big thanks to Phil and the Dalton team! They came out in the snow to fix a major power issue at my home. Phil was fast, professional, and diagnosed the problem (a bad outlet) in minutes. Great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch service. I will definitely be using them for all my future electrical needs. Five stars!

Our church boiler failed just one week before Christmas, and Dalton came to our rescue. They responded immediately and provided a temporary gas-fired window heater, which kept the church warm and comfortable while we awaited installation of our new boiler. Their quick action, professionalism, and genuine kindness ensured that our church had heat in time for Christmas. We are extremely grateful for their outstanding service and support during a very stressful time. We highly recommend their services.

We are having a gas fireplace insert installed and Dalton ran the gas and electric lines for us. Very clean install!!These guys were great!! Arrived on time, put down floor protection on the carpet and stairs. Explained everything that they were going to do. They came back the day after everything was inspected by the town and connected the gas line. Now all we need is for the insert to be installed. I would definitely recommend Dalton and I will use them again if needed.
