She listened to our wants and needs and designed a beautiful yet functional kitchen from top to bottom. The process was made simple by her attention to all the details so we didn’t have to. I had Blake and Cait Help me on two projects. We built a new home with Joe Wall Custom Homes and ordered revwood select flooring for downstairs, carpet for upstairs guest bedrooms, bathroom tile, and brick vaneers for front entry and laundry to be painted. The other project was a bathroom remodle at my parents with new carpet and flooring on 2nd floor. I can not say enough compliments. Pricing was good and their crews did a great install.

I work personally with Corbin, our outside sales rep. and Cam, the general manager weekly for projects that I am working on as a general contractor. They are always very responsive and easy to work with. The product they deliver is second to none in the Chattanooga area.

We made our carpet selection from DWF, because our close friends had flooring installed in their home. Blake, our sales person was informative, knowledgable, and polite. He made the process from the beginning to the end seamless. He kept us in the loop of any delays or corrections. Our installers completed the installation of three rooms within a few hours. Keep in mind the carpet, wooden flooring, and a few heavy furniture pieces were removed. We have made carpet purchases before, and this experience exceeds our expectations. DWF is the perfect place for all your flooring needs!

We are blown away by our entire experience with DWF. We had new floors within two weeks of first walking into DWF, and we love how they turned out! We worked with Luke and he was awesome. From start to finish the process was so easy. Our tiles arrived one week after ordering them. The next day the installation team was at our house to demo our old floor and install the new tiles. Sasha did an incredible job with installation. He was quick, so clean and there isn’t an imperfection to be found. We could not be happier with the results and the entire process. DWF in Chattanooga has a team of professionals that knows what they are doing! We will be using DWF for all of our future flooring and tile jobs and cannot recommend them enough!
