We used DWF for a carpet install 3 years ago and it was outstanding. However, we decided to use them again now that we are moving homes and it’s been impossibly difficult to get updates. From initial communication with Mike M. until now (a month), I still don’t even have an updated quote. Ghosted for ~2 weeks. Decided to find a different company and immediately felt valued as a customer. Carpet being installed as we speak by Founders Flooring (who are incredible). Silver linings I guess. From the moment we stepped into the showroom we new we would have a great experience. Lauren is a gem and DWF is blessed to have her as the first point of contact when you arrive at their showroom. We had flooring installed as well as a pantry and cabinetry in the laundry room. Brandon and his crew were spectacular and very communicative. Going forward we plan to use them for our bathrooms as well as our kitchen redo. We are customers for life.

DWF is easy to work with , Professional and did a great job on our condo flooring. I will use them for Kitchen and bath remodel as well.
