We are seasonal home owners and used them a couple times, emergency service, they didn't fix first time, left door open, then we tried them again recently and they claimed it had to be billed as emergency service even though we requested next day. Claimed they are backed up 2 weeks for regular service yet would rape us on price as emergency service. Went with another local company, Parkway has been outstanding, honest and fair.

We used Dama’s for the plumbing on our new construction building in Crivitz. Their office staff was professional and easy to work with on our estimate. Sophi was very helpful with the order and making sure all the equipment was what we wanted. They got the job done quickly and in a timely manner, and the job site was left very clean every time they were on site working. Highly recommend Dama Plumbing and Heating and will use them again in the future!

Dama has completed three different jobs for us. New mini split system in a manufactured home, new forced air A/C system in a different home, and updated our furnace filter to the larger free flowing model. All work has been top quality. A true pleasure to work with. AAA+

We have had Dama coming to our place for four years. They were good at first. Recently in the past year their rates have gone up over $50 per hour and they do charge for the entire hour only if the job is a quick five minute fix. We had a plumber take out a water saver piece from the faucet to get more water pressure and was charged $150.00 plus tax. I had an appointment for A/C, furnace and humidifier tune-up but was charged also for a water softner tune-up. I spoke with another local plumber who stated water softners do not generally need anything until they break. In fact I was also told this by a Dama plumber right after moving into our home four years ago.
