Outstanding service and staff! Had a major plumbing issue come up and called Damon's. Two awesome plumbers came out the same day, located a broken pipe, and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommended!

Called Damon plumbing with water backing up into the basement. They came to our rescue mid day and had the problem figured out and fixed in no time. They were very professional and explained everything from the problem to how they would fix it and the reason why they fixed it the way they did. Highly recommend and will be using their services in the future.

I've called 3 times over the past couple years for various issues, the latest call to Damon Plumbing & Heating was from my elderly mother who called because her gas furnace went out and had no heat. We never received a call back whatsoever. After diagnosing the issue myself I ordered a new control board online and fixed the furnace myself. Just a shame that a local company never answers the phone or returns calls especially for someone with no heat in the middle of winter. Will never call this business again.

Excellent service. After being jerked around by a different plumber who didn't fix anything and charged us 300$ we called Chad Damon and he came over right away on a holiday weekend and had out water heater fixed in no time and was able to warranty the parts for us so it didn't cost us a dime. Very honest and professional business. I will only use Damon from now on. If you live in the Garden, Rapid River, Gladstone or Manistique area, this is the place you want to call for all your plumbing needs!

I wish I could give this business negative 5 stars. They charge more than a doctor for about the same expertise as a florist. After 5-10 minutes of doing nothing, they told us we had frozen underground pipes and that we'd have to hire a plumbing specialist to come out and "steam the pipes," because they don't do that, and then left (we had no water for 2 days prior). The specialist we were forced to hire had the 4 inches of ABOVE-ground pipe fixed in 10 minutes with nothing but a hair dryer. But at least Damon's was nice enough to send me a $200 bill for the 10 minutes they were here doing nothing and letting us and our elderly special needs family members go without water for an additional 2 days. In the end, their incompetence cost me 4 days of no water and over $400 for 2 different plum
