We used them once before to get a gas line added in, it was a little pricy I thought, but they did come out the same day. Now we have tried to get them to come out to fix a leak in our tub drain. They told us that they couldn’t come that day but would give us a call to come the next day. They never called back so we called them and said that they should be able to have someone come out the next day in the afternoon. 4 o’clock rolled around that day and no one called or showed up. I texted them and said that we were leaving for the rest of the day. I called on Monday to see if they could come out, they said they couldn’t that day but the next day they could, I told them we wouldn’t be home until Thursday. This is a local family owned business that are very dependable and do very high quality work. I have always been pleased with how quickly they respond and get the work completed. We were referred by a local builder three years ago and have been so happy with everything they have done. We started with having a complete septic system installation. The work was done quickly and the system works great! We had them replace some leaking pipes and also install a new gas line into the house. Just recently they handled all the plumbing for a bathroom remodel and replaced all of our old leaking pipes. They installed and wired our new heat pump water heater as well. The work is always very professional, and we have been very pleased with each and every worker who has helped us out.

These guys were outstanding! I called with what I thought was an emergency and Doug was out that day. Working with the staff at Damon Plumbing and another company who had done interior work, we determined how best to fix the issue and save me a significant amount of money. Kayla, Braden, Skylar, and Brian were all very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Skylar is a magnificent operator of heavy equipment and Brian is super quick to anticipate needs and keep the project moving. Very punctual and professional outfit. Braden does a great job explaining their process and has a great support staff to execute. Have worked at my house and my business buildings and have been nothing but spectacular and available with a schedule. Would recommend them for all plumbing needs as well a good source for recommending other contractors.

Damon's did the plumbing for our new build. Had low water pressure so they increased the pressure as we asked but cautioned us it might cause a problem with the water heater. It did and they immediately lowered the pressure and we thought it was fixed. Another small water leak and they were there within 5 minutes to inspect and explained the problem and added an expansion tank the same morning. They have been excellent to explain, respond and work with. I highly recommend them.
