I used them in Oct 2016 when I purchased my first home in Glenolden. I called their office and told him what I needed which was a fix to the refrigerator outlet since a new one was coming. He gave me a fair price and fit me in on same day of refrigerator delivery. He called the day before to confirm the appointment and explained that he had a couple of other appointments a distance away and I understood since mine was last minute (I believe I initially called him on a Tuesday for appt on Thursday of same week.) He called me the morning of appt and was able to come before another job. When he came in, him and his assistant got right to work without turning off all the power to the whole house.
