Dan Only HVAC

Our A/C would not come on a couple days ago at the start of this heat wave, late Friday afternoon. I tried to troubleshoot shoot myself to no avail. Called Dan late Saturday and agreed to an appointment for Sunday morning. Very professional on the phone. He and his son showed up on time (actually early). They went right to work, methodically analyzing and eliminating possible causes. Replaced one part on the condenser, got the system up and running like it was no big deal. No extra charge for the Sunday morning service, for which we’re grateful. I highly recommend Dan Only HVAC. Don’t even hesitate to call them when you need HVAC service.

Dan and his team have been great keeping my 30 yr old 5 ton package system running for the last few years. But time came to get it replaced - and he gave me an excellent quote for a very high SEER modern heat pump system. After 3 quotes his was the most competitive. Dan is simply the Best HVAC guy I have used. He assessed my A/C issues and immediately found the issue. He replaced a new capacitor and the A/C worked immediately! I rarely write reviews however Dan is very fair in price and compared to the big HVAC that I used last year Dan save me significant amount of money! Fast and efficient!! Thank you Dan

Dan and his sidekick were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They completed their maintenance work on our heating system and made it look easy! I will ask them to return in March to service our AC. I recommend you call Dan Only HVAC to maintain or repair your heating and cooling systems. I wish we’d done this sooner.
