I’ve never used this plumbing company, but considering I had a bad experience with a driver, I would never use their services. I was in a 40 mph zone and in my rear view mirror all I could see was a white frame and the word “Mack”. Then almost hit me as an approached a school zone that dropped down to 30 mph. The driver swerved around me and slammed on their brakes when the traffic came to a stop because the light turned red. Just because they have a bigger truck doesn’t mean they own the road. I had fear for the people driving and the kids walking home.

If they don't the sense to not wear a mask while using a saw on concrete, what else are they cutting corners on? Someone sure must not like his lungs or life. Further updates of carelessness: These people finished work the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and dropped cones into the street seemingly to reserve parking for their dump truck in front of the excavator that was left here. Parking on my street is super tight, there is no way we have room for these people to save a spot we know full well they won't need for a minute. They don't come back until Monday after the holiday, and that's just to load the excavator onto a trailer and drive off, with engine still running and the load unsecured in temps below freezing as snow falls. If their plumbing is anything like they’re driving, I would not recommend this company. They have zero concern for safety. Traveling over 90 mile an hour in a large utility truck with a trailer being towed behind it weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating on 55. Find a company that actually cares about people’s lives Because it’s not these guys.

I recently worked with Dan Smith Plumbing on a leak that we had at our local church. The leak was under part of our cement foundation, Dan's guys worked quickly and efficiently to locate the leak and repair it. They cut minimal cement away, and back filled it with gravel. After working they went through and cleaned any services where mud or cement dust got. They were great to work with, and I appreciate them greatly.

Our shower broke at night and they dropped everything to come out the next morning and fix it. They answered our phone call in the morning and sent someone out to fix it at a reasonable price and well. Will use again for sure!
