My rug looks brand new—clean, restored, and beautiful! The price was more than fair, and they even offer convenient pick-up and delivery service. Great work and truly kind, professional people. My area rug is nearly 15 years old, was not expensive, and I could probably have replaced it cheaper than having it cleaned. But it is unique and I love it! It’s been in storage for almost 2 years and needed a good cleaning before being laid in my new place. Danbury Rug picked it up, did a beautiful job cleaning it, and returned it within 4 days at a really reasonable price. It smells so clean and fresh! Super nice guys to deal with, too. I’ll recommend them to anyone that will listen.

Very satisfied. Team is professional and skilled. Very quick turnaround close to the holidays (dropped off Mon at noon and picked up Friday at noon), which was hard to find. This was our first time cleaning two heavy wool, hand woven rugs and they knew right away what to do to thoroughly clean without damaging the wool. They look brand new. Don't think we would have gotten this result with those dime a dozen in-home steamer services or just from renting a machine for a DIY job.
