Confirm price and delivery in advance! I ordered several Pallets over 6 month period as well as sand and Mortor. Each time the price went up and more charges were added. Not terrible if they explained this before you gave them the CC. Also, more should cost less or the same if inflation was a factor. Bottom line I went to Brick pavers and Metal fencing due to high cost of doing business here. My neighbors are following suit until there is a standard of care put in place. Nice enough people just need to be transparent and not just email "Sorry "when the price wasn't what you discussed.
