Sam and his team were very helpful in a need for a client. We had purchased some furniture credenzas that required some revisions to make the drawers pull out instead of swinging. They came out, measured and installed very quickly, without my having to follow up constantly.

I've completed several sizeable commercial and residential projects in the Charleston area with Sam and Randy and I am happy to recommend their company with highest marks. From the estimate thru to the final adjustment of hardware at completion , I have depended on their clear and honest communication, accurate and complete submittals & shop drawings and most of all... for their on-schedule delivery and installation of quality built custom cabinetry and trim. The installs have been completed by true craftsmen who come to the project prepared to solve problems and work with other subs to insure a successful final product. In short, you can depend on these gentlemen to do what they promise. I look forward to our next project

Terrible experience with worse customer service. I was told week after week that the cabinet that I ordered would be ready for pick-up that week. When I finally addressed this problem with them, they promised me they would call me the next morning and let me know what time I could pick up the cabinet the following day because it would be ready that day. They never called me that morning. I called them that afternoon to find out if it was ready and the man whom I had been dealing with the whole time told be that my cabinet wasn't going to be ready and that "he had bigger problems to deal with and that he didn't have time to be speaking to me." I then asked him if he could cancel my order because I didn't have time to wait any longer and he said yes and then hung up the phone on me.... Needl
