We hired Daniel to do a renovation of our open breezeway between our house and garage and renovate a small portion of the house that connected to it. We had him enclose the breezeway to build a new side entrance, bedroom, and office, convert a half bath to a full bath, and build a mudroom and laundry room that leads into the house. We are very glad we went with Daniel. From the first time we met him, we were immediately able to start brainstorming different creative options for layouts of the new space. We discussed the pros and cons of how we would use it and ended up with a better design than we envisioned in the first place. Daniel and his team helped make our "new to us" 1939 Silver Spring house into our perfect home. They removed a wall, added insulation, replaced joists and did much more to get the house up to 2020 standards. His team was detailed and very helpful. We were able to move in on time too. Daniel built a screened porch at the back of our house. It was exactly what we wanted: a clean, elegant, simple structure that allowed us to spend a pandemic summer outside, unbitten by mosquitoes. Daniel was responsive to our needs and questions. The work was high-quality and the price was very competitive with other bids we received. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to use Daniel Krienbuehl Contractors again.

Daniel and his team did an amazing job redoing our old Florida room and Kitchen. Not only was all the work of great quality but they were very responsive to our wants and needs. We were opening up a wall and wanted it as open as possible, despite first saying they could only open it part of the way, they were able to open it all the way we wanted after opening up the walls and reviewing the structure, etc. They spent extra time to make sure they got everything right. We would definitely use them again if we have any more jobs.

Daniel and his crew built a backyard shed for us, and we were very pleased with the work. They were professional and responsive, and clearly invested in doing the best possible job. Daniel was always available to answer questions or address concerns, from beginning to end. He was even excited about accommodating our request to built a climbing wall for our daughter on the shed's exterior! If we have other remodeling projects in the future, I will definitely call Daniel.
