I phone the 2nd week of June 2025 to have them come out and look at our noisy system installed by another HVAC contractor. Lady at the phone stated the scheduler was off for the day (1PM) and that I would get a call in the morning. Next morning, no call, I call back, again off until the next day. I waited 2 days in the heat, and the woman who answered the phone told me there were other older folks whose AC was needed attention ASAP. I stated we were both over 70, husband has heart issues, and we did not trust the initial installer to fix the system. CRICKETS. If you call and they don't schedule, the woman is ghosting you. Don't waste your time find someone else, like I did.

This company had been absolutely amazing! We have a really old and pretty obsolete furnace. They have gone above and beyond helping us get it fixed. They are fair on pricing and always have time in their scheduling. All of my experiences with this company and their technicians have been outstanding. Highly recommended!

These guys are amazing!!!! Never have to wait long for a service call and they are always quick to solve the issues and get things running again. And if you get Josh as your technician it’s a bonus!!!

I highly recommend this company! They are great to work with and they were very professional with everything.

They weren't as professional as we hoped they would be. We felt like they were just trying to look for big problems to charge us more money. The first guy was nice, but their technician/installer guy looked like it was his first time doing this particular job. He was really struggling and acting like he didn't know what he was doing. He did find another problem to charge us for that had nothing to do with our furnace. We also felt him lie to us a few different times. After they finally left our furnace still didn't work. My husband watched YouTube and was able to fix our furnace. We felt like they weren't doing the basics. After the fact three different people told us we should have contacted Dana Hatch heating and cooling.
