I contacted Daniel’s Plumbing to investigate a possible leak from a spigot at my house. Since I was not going to be at the house at the time of the appointment I was asked to leave a credit card with them. I understand this is the holiday season, but today I receive a charge on my credit card, and no invoice was sent. I email to please send me an invoice which was very expensive, and I cannot unfortunately verify the work that was performed, it also included a 4% credit card use service fee. I wish companies would be more upfront about this credit card service fee, I would have done things differently if I had known as I refuse to pay this fee or use companies that do not provide alternative payment options to avoid the fee. 4% is the highest I’ve seen, most companies and government charge

Recently had them out to investigate and repair two areas of depressed pavers along our condominium driveway sewer line. The owner himself came out to meet me as we were new customers and he gave me his personal mobile number if I needed to contact him during off hours. They brought back a camera crew to find the leaks and then came back later and repaired them. They were very professional and did quality work at a fair price. Just after my initial encounter with Daniel we had a major roof leader break after a large downpour on a weekend. It was near the site they were going to work but it was an unrelated event. I couldn't be more happy with my recent service. A leaking toilet required overnight service. Gabrielle coordinated with Nate who arrived promptly, assessed and isolated the leak until Kyle was able to replace the valve the next morning. Seamless handoffs and professional service all around. Chatting with Kyle, he offered that he liked his job solving problems for homeowners. Not only does his enthusiasm speak well for him, it also reflects well on his management. Thanks to all.

PREDATORY PRICING—STAY AWAY Avoid this business at all costs. I was charged $1,870 just to detect a leak and replace a bathroom spout. This is blatant price gouging for a basic repair. Do not let them take advantage of you, call a different plumber who actually charges fair rates.

Daniels Plumbing is an excellent company to deal with. Amber in the office was very professional yet friendly. They went above and beyond to solve the horrible situation I was in.
