Not a place to do business with customer service is atrocious. They lied to me several times! I emailed the owner received zero response from Dan. Cut the wrong panel. Gave ma a smooth not a double striated and when I told them nada. Crickets.nothing to help. Customers pissed at me not them. Short on take off eagle view shows 314 ft of drip they send 310 allowing no overlapping at all! When I called them out on that I was told yeah we see that! Now job is shut down waiting on their mess up. I called and asked for help they laughed at me! they mess up and they laugh man that’s priceless They changed the cut sheets from the one was provided to them they took it upon themselves to cut the roof panels they way they saw fit wasting materials.
