We’ve been doing business with these folks for more years than I care to remember! Dealt with Mike Sr. before he passed away. Mike Jr. now runs the business and like his father, he’s fantastic! Mike’s Mom, Barbara, is an absolute joy to work with. Very accommodating and will bend over backwards to keep the customers happy. I’ll continue to be a customer for many years to come!

I’m not sure if it was the owner who spoke with us, but the person’s name was Mike. Over a difference of just $5, he became rude, yelled, and refused to let us pay the extra amount. He told his worker to take the phone back and said he didn’t need us as customers. The delivery driver was very polite and apologetic, but said his hands were tied and even suggested we go elsewhere. It’s disappointing that our very first interaction as new customers went this way — a family left in the cold over $5. I’d heard great things about Dan’s Oil until now. The driver and the woman I spoke to previously were both kind and professional, but according to Mike, prices can change upon delivery — something that was never mentioned before. We love Dan's oil! My family and I have been doing business with these folks for many years. I would never go to anyone else! They are so nice, caring, and always deliver our oil really quick! Keep up the great work everyone! Thank you for all you do!

Had been a loyal customer for years until today. During the recent cold snap, we had difficulty getting an oil delivery. Understandable that they were all busy. We tried calling Dan's several times, but they never answered. Ended up getting a delivery from another company because we couldn't get a hold of Dan's. Called Dan's back today to explain what happened before and schedule a future delivery because we wanted to stay with Dan's. The "owner" said: "I don't care if you had to call someone else; this is the weirdest f...ing phone call!" The absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been using Dans oil forever as well. When I was younger my mother did so naturally as I left the nest into a home also with oil heat I use them too. They are always kind. They are fast and efficient. Their prices match other local places. They know your name. I usually always get the younger strong built gentleman. When I have the few extra dollars I tip them and they are always so grateful. This morning I was straight out of bed answering the door 🤣 No judgement was passed on his end. They are just a great company from my perspective all around!
