This place strung me along for months (5) , I called every couple weeks and was repeatedly told they would show up . If you really want work done , call someone else. If I could give lower than one star I would.

I called Dan’s Septic desperate for help. They showed up the same day and worked through the night to, not only, locate our septic tank (which was *not* easy), pump it, clean its filter, install risers and put it all back together in almost freezing temps. Should be six stars. Also they helped me get my pumping charges reimbursed by the watershed corporation.

Jim and his crew and office staff- are always helpful and thoughtful. We have been customers for many years. They make sure everything is “flowing smoothly“! Great Job!

Great company and equipment and Josh the driver and guy who pumped out my thousand gallon tank was great. However, there is a communication problem with this company. Customers deserve to have someone answer the phone and not have voicemail full all the time. Better communication would go a long way!! Thank you again
