I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking and called a friend for a recommendation for a plumber. My friend recommended Denzel and I'm so glad he did. Denzel responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. Assessed the situation quickly and quoted a reasonable price. Upon my completely falling apart due to dealing with this the week that I buried my dad, Denzel showed the utmost compassion and kindness. That was greatly appreciated.

We accidentally left an outdoor faucet hose attached and it froze and burst the pipe. Luckily we had turned off the inside shutoff for the outside faucets, so only the water remaining in the pipe before it broke caused a problem. I needed a plumber to fix the pipe and also to tell his findings to the insurance company. Denzel was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I even feel his work was an improvement over the original plumbing because he repaired the pipe using higher quality materials than we had in the first place. I recommend this company.

Completely unreliable. Had an appointment on a Monday to fix a leak in a room that is under construction in my home... water is taking its toll on the newly installed drywall. I took an hour off work to keep the appointment. On the train home, when I couldn't change anything, they called to say they had a plumbing emergency and wouldn't be able to come until Saturday. I was about to call another plumber when I was told they would come the next day. So, I took THREE hours off from work the next day, and when they showed up, they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job. I was assured that if I just waited until Saturday, they would have what they needed to do to do the job. I began texting Friday to ask what time they would arrive on Saturday.
