I want to preface this by saying I am a repeat customer and STILL received this treatment. I called 3+ months ago and was told I would be put on a wait list for window cleaning. I followed up and was ignored. I called a week ago to give it one last chance and still received no response. There is no reason anyone should receive this sort of unprofessional treatment, let alone someone who has been a loyal customer in the past. Do not use this service…give your business to someone who actually values it.
