So the thing is I’m patient when I genuinely know that the person I’m speaking to is actually trying to help solve my issue. ESPECIALLY When I was given their contact to reach out about an issue I’m having in a new construction house that DYP is involved in. However this WHOLE company is USELESS from the useless receptionist to Darell himself. This clown had the nerve to tell me three weeks ago he’ll give me a call back and give me an update for an issue just for 3 weeks to pass by with no update and them just brushing me aside to get me off the phone and having me call just for this joke of a plumber to tell me “Aye I don’t know you’ll have to call RWC and ask them” like then why is YOUR COMPANY here in my folder in the first place?
