Dark Hollow Forestry Services

I had the pleasure of using the services by Dark Hollow Forestry and by far the best in town. They are very knowledgeable , responsive, pleasant and a very responsible team. This event was my second time using the team’s service and had great results each time.

Within 20 minutes after calling they showed up to give me a quote on my property. Gave me a good price and said they could come out On Wednesday but never showed up, never called or texted, And I haven’t heard from them since. This was about a week ago.

We were initially impressed with how quickly we were able to get a quote and an appointment, however, no one showed up at the scheduled time for the actual tree service. No one will call or message us back. Do not recommend. We've also noticed there are 16 different pages for this company on Facebook which seems just a touch scammy.

YIKES!! They came out to my property, gave me a quote, and said they will come out the next day to do the work. When it was time for them to come out, they sent a text stating that they got held up at another job and would not be able to come into the next day, but promised they will be out first thing. Ever since that interaction, I have not been able to get them on the phone or to text me back. (An entire week has gone by with no response) I have had a couple of other people call from their different phones, and they will pick up when it is not my number coming through. This is extremely unprofessional and I highly advise all future clients to be aware of how immature these people are. There was a tree leaning down close to our house, Dark Hollow Forestry came out promptly, gave a very reasonable estimate and took it down fairly quickly. They were very professional and kind. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any of these services.
