Darnell Heating & Cooling

Darnell H&C has provided service and equipment for us for many years. Their technicians Jim and Joe are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and with lots of years of experience. The recent installation of a Carrier Hybrid heat pump, a hi efficiency gas furnace, smart thermostat, and a replacement of our electrical panel and breakers went smoothly. We are very satisfied with the new system and especially appreciate the smart thermostast which allows us and their technician to monitor our system, especially helpful if we are out of town. Replacing the electrical panel was no easy job but was done efficiently and well. Both Ken and Mary Darnell have always been very courteous and responsive to our calls and have provided service in a very timely fashion.

Jim and Joe are fantastic. Bought an old home and the furnace went out. Jim came out and got it going but let us know that it was old and on it's last leg. Sure enough it died the next day. Called them up and they brought in the new system and had me in heat within hours. Super great guys, cleaned up after they were done, and even the owner came out to make sure I was happy. Fantastic!! Will definitely be using them for all my heating needs.
