We have been loyal customers of Daryl Crews Septic Pumping and Repair for the past 7 years and we trusted them when we purchased our home and now for our second maintenance. Jonathan was promptly on time, informative, and incredibly professional and even dealt with the barrage of questions that our 5 year old grand-daughter had about "the big poop sucker". In the end, she rated Jonathan as "Excellent and totally awesome" and I completely agree. We will depend on this business for years to come, their prices are reasonable, the service techs are professional, and family friendly :)

Jonathan was awesome! He didn't mind me being "nosey" and asking questions about how everything worked. He went above and beyond and did a fantastic job getting everything back to working order. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. 10 out of 10 recommend this company. Even when I called the office a few times with issues, the staff was incredibly helpful. I needed my septic tank serviced and I choose Darrell Crews septic service. Why did I choose them? I was impressed with the reviews I read. I admired that they had started from scratch and built a successful business. I really thought their trucks looked nice. I called and they said they would be out the next afternoon, impressive. The gentleman said the driver would call me when he was close. I waited the next afternoon and it was getting late, I figured well they are not coming. Previously I had a company come out to pump my septic tank and even though I told them where the tank was they dug and dug and told me there was no tank where I said it was. I was recommended Darrell Crews. They came out the next day and found the tank in a matter of minutes. Lawrence and Ray did an awesome job and they are really great guys. We had Jonathan come out yesterday and pumped out the septics at both houses on the property. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and so polite. When he was done, it was like he was barely there.
