Horrible customer service! I called them first in December about an issue, they came out to assess the problem, and then I had to call them back twice over the course of a month to finally get the job scheduled. No follow through! Then when I had a legitimate concern about the work that was performed, the owner Darwyn was extremely rude to me, told me that was a personal issue, and hung up on me! You don't treat customers like that. I typically try to support black-owned businesses because I want to support my own, but I will never patronize this business ever again.

They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear explanation of the solution, all while being friendly and respectful of my home. Gentleman were polite, upfront on the costs, of repairs, and honest about about cost of any future repairs, they also cleaned up after themselves got all the work done quickly. They, snaked sewer line clearing blockage, replaced wax seal for toilet and restabilized it..

I had a wonderful experience with Ortoryon, despite the situation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the entire process step by step and even led me to what should be the final solution to my problem. I was told I had the worst case that he had seen as we laughed about it and I tried to make a life lesson out of it for him. Thanks for everything Ortoryon, you were a great help.
