I had the pleasure of working with Alan Alcuaz from DASA Earth to prepare a home for listing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. They took care of everything the seller left behind, giving the property a clean and fresh start. The landscaping was refreshed beautifully — borders were repaired, mulch replaced, and the curb appeal was immediately improved. They also replaced exterior lighting, which made a huge difference in how the home presents both during the day and evening showings. The drainage in my yard was terrible, and my new septic system was basically underwater every time it rained. A friend recommended I call DASA since she knew them personally, and so I did. Alan came out and took at look at how to get water out of my yard efficiently. He also brought out a septic contractor to give an opinion about potentially putting in a french drain system, and if it would interfere with anything. In the end, DASA ended up rebuilding the swale in my front yard to direct the water toward the ditch on the side of my house, thereby letting it run to the retention pond behind me. The price was good, the work has held up, and my lawn no longer floods when it rains.
