Dash Lock & Key

Today we came to Dash Lock and Key to replace two car keys for Anthony’s truck. Jackie took great care of us. She told us it would take about 30 minutes, but she finished in less than 20! We’re so grateful for her experience, professionalism, and efficiency. If you need a key replaced right away in Middletown, NY, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Quick, efficient work done by Jackie(spelling?). She was professional and curtious. I needed 2 key fobs programmed and an extra key cut. I was treated with respect, and that's important to me. 15 minutes, in and out from my scheduled appointment. They check their work to ensure quality. This is the only place I will recommend to others, they get the job done to my satisfaction.

I cannot express how much of a life saver the crew at Dash Lock & Key were. My family and I were away on a family vacation when we lost our only key fob. We were very far (over an hour) from car dealers that could program a new key fob so towing was not an ideal option given the extra cost, not to mention spending an entire day getting the car towed and a ride to the dealer just to wait for them to "get to our issue". I needed to get a couple of office keys duplicated and AJ was able to do it with no issue! I was even able get an extra key fob for my vehicle without having to go to the dealership and create an appointment to then drop off the car and all that jazz! I call that a win! They also have old school heavy duty fire resistant locks if you’re looking for one to purchase!
