They advertise being available 24/7 which is a lie. The number they have listed always says it’s not accepting calls at the moment. Emails are not answered and takes them multiple days to fix your AC issues. If I could give them a 0 I would. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 days and still haven’t been able to speak to them. Stay away not worth the headaches!
Did a bad repair job, failed to diagnose the issue the first time around. The repair broke almost a month after they installed it & they have not been returning my calls since. I don’t recommend this company as their 24/7 service is a lie & they have taken me for a ride, you’ve been warned.
Does anyone know if this company went bankrupt or something. Their phone line do not accept calls. They do not reply to emails. I do not know what is going on.
