So impressed with Dashing Softwash! Our old farmhouse needed a total refresh. Our friends recommended their company to us after they had great results on their farmhouse. The before and after results are amazing! Looks like we had the house resided! We appreciate all the hard-work that went into power washing our home. Very professional and organized! Francis is great to work with. I asked for a quote a few months ago and opted to wait until end of summer to have my house washed. He sent me a reminder just in time. I was debating whether to repaint the trim on my house or try to wash it, and I decided on the wash since it was much cheaper and faster. The trim looks good as new! So does the siding! Francis was great to work with! I first came across his company on the Yorkville Facebook page. He was very responsive and the price was great. We received 10% early scheduling discount through a promotion he was running as well. We’ve lived in our house for 3 years and who knows the last time it’s ever been cleaned but when Francis left it was sparkling! Every spot was gone, including the rust on our siding from our chimney was gone. The job took about 2 hours in total. Our neighbors have even commented on how good it looks. We will definitely book with him again in the future!

Francis was great to work with from beginning to end. When he came over to see our property he gave me honest feedback on what he would or would not do and what the outcome would be. He showed up on time (early actually) and took great care of our landscape, cameras, and our furniture. After the job was finished we walked around every inch of the property to ensure we were both satisfied. The attention to detail that was given by Francis was extraordinary.
