We recently bought a matching front load washer and dryer from Pentii. These folks were so much fun to talk to and very helpful. You can't put a price on their combined years of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend.

Terrible service. Apparently its the customer's job to figure out when they are going to show up. And if you are in the barn working and don't hear them show up, they just leave without bothing to even try calling your cell phone.

Sadly, this place is just not competitive. The parts are ungodly expensive. The people are nice, but unless they can find a way to lower the prices of their parts and service calls, there's no way that they're going to stay in business and continue to serve customers in this area.

They have anything you need as far as appliances at a reasonable price with a great delivery service 😀

We bought appliances from Daugherty’s twice before the most recent visit and had a great experience. When we walked in this time we were looking for a new washer and dryer. A salesman approached us and we told him what we were there for. He asked if we needed gas or electric dryer. We said gas and he stated that they would have to order a gas dryer if we found one because they don’t have any in stock at the store. We said okay and then he walked away and went behind the counter. Didn’t offer any help or ask if we had any questions. Didn’t try to sell us on anything. Looked at the sets they had for about 2 minutes, and realized we could buy the same set on AJ Madison for half the price. The customer service was horrible. Will not be going back.
