Daugherty Pump & Drilling

We paid $49,000 for a well installation, which unfortunately stopped working within the first year. Now, just 15 months later, it has failed again. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, including multiple voicemails, we have received no response. The few times we were able to reach someone, the staff was dismissive and appeared bothered by our concerns. Based on our experience, I would not feel confident recommending or investing in this company’s services.

Knowledgeable and professional. Expert enough to solve the problem quickly, kind enough to explain how things work. He was busy with another appointment when I called, and tried to help me out by phone, but after seeing the photos came after his long work day and fixed my well quickly so I had water again. Last winter there was a big freeze and my well wasn't working. I couldn't get through to the well company I had called before. I checked online reviews and called Daugherty Pump and Drilling. I explained there was no water and that my pump was very hot. They helped me by phone, explained that the pump was frozen and for me to turn it off until later in the day. That worked. I Called him at 7 am in the morning he was here by 9 We had water by 10:30 we had a bad pump replaced it and also a broken pipe replaced it. yes I would recommend him. His crew was very knowledgeable, took care of us, and the price was right. I would highly recommend them. I thought I wasn't going to be able to get ahold of them that day and did not think we're going to have water within 3 and 1/2 hours the same day. Never returned the phone calls. Make appointment to see me and promise to call me, but Never​ call me at least to say that he cancelled appointment. Just stood me up. Let me hanging, no water. Bad customer service and get cranky over the phone. Don't know much about well water pressure. Don't even know about the cycle stop valve and the constant pressure system. A well contractor supposed to know all these.

Very knowledgeable of well drilling and pump installation guaranteed me water and I have way more than I could ever use. Was able to answer all of my questions and well was drilled along with pimp installation in a timely and professional manner
